Range Report for Tidepool

Download your export file from Tidepool once, and this page reads it — standard Time in Range plus your own optimal ranges.

Everything happens in your browser. Your export file is read and calculated on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or sent to us — or to anyone.

Step 1 — Download your export from Tidepool

  1. Sign in at app.tidepool.org.
  2. Open your profile menu (your name, top right) and choose Export Data.
  3. Pick your date range — 30 or 90 days works well. If Tidepool warns the export is too large, choose a shorter range.
  4. Choose Excel as the format and download. You'll get a file ending in .xlsx.
